Brewed with intention — SipCha began with a simple belief: a cup of bubble tea should taste like someone cared about it.
We select the best teas
Every tea on our menu is chosen with care — fragrant jasmines, rich oolongs, and ceremonial grade matcha whisked fresh for every cup. We brew in small batches throughout the day so nothing ever tastes tired.
Then comes the fruit: fresh, seasonal, and cut daily. No syrups pretending to be fruit, no shortcuts. Just real ingredients, shaken to order, finished with the toppings you love.
And roll the ice cream fresh
Our rolled ice cream is made right in front of you on a frozen pan — cream poured, flavors folded in, and rolled by hand while you watch. Seventeen flavors, from Green Tea Heaven to Naughty Coffee, each one a little performance.
It's dessert as entertainment, and it's become as loved as our drinks.
Rooted in the community
SipCha is a neighborhood shop first. We're proud to support GiGi's Playhouse and the families it serves, and to be a gathering place in both Apex and Cary — for study sessions, first dates, family outings, and everyday treats.
