SipCha encourages our employees to get involved in the community. We will pay our employees to volunteer or however they are involved in the community as long as they showed that they are involved in the community. Over the years we have been involved in working with the local school with school projects to donating to local causes such as Gigi’s playhouse in Raleigh. We believe local businesses supporting local causes is super important.
